Please note that Open Windows are a third party technical support for the eTENDERING Portal, so are unable to answer tender specific enquiries.
Q: I have logged into the eTENDERING Portal and cannot view the Invited Tender.
A: A common occurrence is for the invite to be sent to a company Director or Manager, and the email is forwarded through to the supplier administrator to access the tender documents. Please note that when invitations have been sent out, you MUST be logged in with the same email address to which the invite was sent. If this is not suitable, please get in touch with the tender contact to have the invite resent.
